When you’re not what people expect you to be, how do you pave your own path in seafood? The advice of chef, TV show host, cookbook author, and sustainable seafood advocate Stephanie Harris-Uyidi, a.k.a., @ThePoshPescatarian is to, “Do it yourself, and do it scared.”
